Coordinator

Position Summary

Oversee all digital outlets for Red Rocks Church, including but not limited to the website and app. Work with internal and external teams to meet the needs of the church/ministries by ensuring execution of digital platforms. Constantly run quality control checks to ensure all content and information is accurate, up-to-date and displaying correctly. Manage and run all platforms subscriptions to prevent service disruptions and promote proper performance.

Essential Functions

Planning & Strategy

  • Help craft overall strategy and execution for Red Rocks’ digital presence by working with internal/external teams
  • Continuously evaluate digital platforms and pivot when necessary
  • Review analytics to make informed decisions
  • Ideate ways to digitally inform, connect, serve and build-up our people

Maintenance & Ops

  • Manage platforms and billing subscriptions
  • Ensure digital compliance (ex. GDPR, app regulations)
  • Educate and equip internal teams to update and manage their own websites/webpages
  • Oversee maintenance, operations, and quality control of all digital platforms (ex. website, app, Google My Business, etc)

Designs & Builds

  • Design and build-out website landing pages (in-house and/or outsource)
  • Work within the app platform to layout and build app elements

Updates & Linking

  • Work with Ministry / Communications Teams to ensure all content is accurate / updated
  • Publish links to web/app
  • Promote events / announcements

Hiring Requirements

  • Follower of Jesus Christ, with proven leadership and discipleship skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively under the pressure of time constraints.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, be able to coordinate teams to inform, connect, and unify our digital presence.
  • Experience in the digital space, 2 years minimum.
  • Basic understand and proficiency in HTML/CSS.
  • Prefered, but not required, experience with Rock RMS external website, WordPress, and/or Divi.
