Reopening Update

Get ready...We're opening our doors!

Red Rocks Church Family,
The anticipation is over, we are opening our doors and we can’t wait to see you in-person at our campuses!

We are pleased to announce that Sunday, October 25, Red Rocks Church will begin our 9AM & 11AM services at our Arvada, Lakewood, Littleton, and Park Meadows campuses! Registration will open prior to the weekend service and we ask that everyone who attends registers ahead of time. We expect registration to fill quickly each week, so thank you in advance for your patience and understanding! We are excited to be opening our Kids Rock spaces for services each weekend and we want you to know that all required health precautions will be taken to provide you and your children with a clean and sanitized environment. We hope that you and your family are able to join us in-person soon!

In addition to these reopening details, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank God and thank each of you for being such an amazing church! We have watched so many people start Groups and Watch Parties during this season with friends and neighbors. As a church we have been able to serve our city through outreach, filling up food banks, and distributing food to those in need. Thanks to our church’s generosity and faithful giving we were able to raise over $600K for Coronavirus Relief Efforts and throughout the year that money has gone to frontline workers, local hospitals, paramedics, firefighters, food banks, and numerous non-profits. Through this fund we have been able to provide local and international relief to the vulnerable and to those most impacted by Covid, including those who are in need from our own church family.

Thank you for being a city on a hill and a light in the darkness in this tense time. God is using our church like never before!

Behind the scenes, our Leadership Team has been in fervent prayer during this season and we have been in weekly communication with our local and state officials, including weekly input from our health advisory experts. We have given feedback to our State government that encourages restrictions to loosen, while maintaining the ability to provide a safe environment for those who would like to attend in-person services at Red Rocks Church. We have stewarded finances with integrity, lowering expenses so that we can maximize ministry throughout these past months.

As we move forward, we believe God is still in charge; He is not surprised by any of this, and He has a plan and a purpose in every day of this crisis. We believe that when this turbulent season draws to a close, we will be stronger as a body of Christ. We will be more focused than ever on being a home for prodigals and for those who are in desperate need for God!

We are not waiting for things to get back to normal, we are going out into this new normal with fresh vision for a hurting world, and we know that there will come a day when our church’s auditoriums are packed again!

Can’t wait to see you soon!
