About the Retreat

The Retreat is a weekend away where Red Rocks Youth students escape the noise of everyday life to focus on hearing from God. Throughout the weekend students stay in cabins with their life group and leaders, compete in team competitions, attend life-changing services, make new friends and more! It’s everyone’s favorite weekend of the year!

Crooked Creek Ranch’s food service team is very willing to work with your child’s dietary needs. On your student’s registration form, be sure to indicate any food allergies.

We arrange rooms according to grade, gender and campus. Rooms have anywhere from 10-17 beds per room with at least one leader per room. Guys and girls are in separate buildings and are never allowed to enter a building of the opposite sex.

If you’re hoping to room with a specific person, you may indicate a roommate request on your registration form.
We cannot guarantee any roommate requests, but will do our best accommodate requests.

We have the privilege of renting Crooked Creek Ranch, a YoungLife camp, in Fraser, CO. Check out their website

Red Rocks Youth is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please do not send your student with valuables. We suggest labeling items such as phone chargers to prevent them accidentally going home with the wrong student.

In the event of an unexpected accident, there is always a qualified medical professional on call to tend to your child’s needs. If needed, the local hospital is only a short drive away.

A medical professional will be at check in on Friday afternoon and would be happy to talk through any medical needs or concerns you may have.
