GiGi’s playhouse exists to change the way the world views Down syndrome and to send a global message of acceptance for all. They do this by providing free educational, therapeutic-based, and career development programs for individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and the community.

Join us on Saturday, May 22nd for the Gigi’s Playhouse 5k Glow Run! Volunteers will have the opportunity to help with set-up/tear down and a variety of roles as they love, support, and serve the families and kids with Down syndrome.

Walk With Me is devoted to giving practical, financial, and emotional support to families who are learning to live in the wake of their child’s death prior to or shortly after birth. 

Walk With Me is hosting a Mothers Day Tea at our Lakewood Campus as a way to love, support, and pour into the women who have lost a child. Volunteers are needed for a few roles:

  • Setup Crew (Friday, May 13th at 6pm) - Help set up tables, chairs, linens, etc... 
  • Table Sponsor 
    • Set-up (Friday, May 13th at 7pm) - Decorate and provide your own plates, saucers, teacups, & teapot for one table.
    • Server (Saturday May 14th at 10:30am-1pm) - Serve tea to the mothers seated at your table.
  • Food Prep (Saturday, May 14th 8am-10:45am) - Help plate and assemble food.
  • Clean Up Crew (Arrive Saturday, May 14th at 11:45 am) - Put away and clean up after the Mother's Day Tea

On February 24th, 2022 Russia launched a full-scale military invasion of Ukraine. This has already resulted in thousands of casualties and millions of Ukrainians fleeing to neighboring countries.

The City of Brussels and Brussels Expo actively support Ukrainian citizens and invite everyone to donate and bring humanitarian and medical items. Items can be dropped off at the Brussels Expo or the Red Rocks Brussels Campus during a weekend service. Accepted items by category - in priority:

  • Medicine & First Aid Items (*)
  • Non Perishable Food 
  • Coffee/Tea
  • Soft Drinks, Water, Milk 
  • Pet Food
  • Hygiene Products
  • Baby Products (diapers, powedered milk)
  • Electronic Equipment (powerbanks, pocket lamps, batteries)
  • Blankets & Sleeping Bags

(*) Medicines : painkillers, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, insulin, wound care treatment, bandages, tourniquets, disinfectants, iso-Betadine, and other medical supplies, syringes, oximeters, thermometers, first aid kits (NATO standard) are also needed!

One community at a time, one person at a time, we’re partnering with God to make a difference behind bars.

So alongside helping to meet emotional, spiritual, and physical needs, their true work is practicing the way of Jesus through building ongoing relationships that remind the invisible among us of their immeasurable worth.

Help support the work Dry Bones is doing by making a one time purchase through their Amazon Wishlist. This list is being updated regularly to reflect some of the specific needs of the unhoused teens and young adults. Purchased items will be delivered right to Dry Bones. Love Your Neighbor

Not living near a Red Rocks Campus or unable to get out to serve? Join us in our "Love Your Neighbor" event and find ways to serve someone in your local community! Below are some ideas to get you started!

  • Write an encouragement or appreciation letter to a teacher, veteran, front line worker, medical professional, or someone you don’t know
  • Send flowers or a gift basket to someone
  • Make and deliver hygiene kits or food to the homeless
  • Provide a meal or groceries to someone in need
  • Pay for someone’s meal or drink at a drive-through
  • Help your neighbor with indoor or outdoor work around their home (mow lawn, rake leaves, household chores, cleaning, etc...)
  • Leave snacks/drinks for your local delivery person
  • Invite your neighbor over for dinner
  • Leave a generous tip for a server or private transportation driver (Uber, Lyft, etc..)
