Campus Production Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Campus Production Lead to join the Central Production Team at Red Rocks Church. This position plays a vital role in executing weekend services and events with excellence, leading production volunteers, and maintaining high-quality technical environments that support worship and teaching across all ministries. With minimal supervision, this individual will work closely with the Central Production Team, campus staff, worship leaders, and volunteers to ensure all production systems are maintained, teams are trained and equipped, and services run smoothly and effectively—all in support of our mission to Make Heaven More Crowded.
This is a full-time position, based at our Littleton, Colorado offices with regular presence and support required across local campuses. No opportunity for remote work.
Graphic Designer
We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to join the Central Creative Team at Red Rocks Church. This position will work alongside a team of creatives specializing in design, video, social media, web, and digital to push creativity and innovation as a reflection of the Creator and utilize every opportunity to help Make Heaven More Crowded. With minimal supervision, this position will work collaboratively with other creative team members, ministries, and departments, supporting ministries, campuses, and weekend experience to fulfill creative requests, ensuring desired outcomes and deadlines are met while supporting the integrity of the Red Rocks Church brand.
This is a full-time position, based at our Littleton, Colorado offices. No opportunity for remote work.
Correctional Ministry Operations
Provide operational planning and support for the ministry (such as project and tasks), internal and external communication, event and calendar management, and be a proactive member of the team who is attentive to details. Work on routine to complex functions and coordinate with the Dept. of Corrections.

RRW Videographer/Content Creator
The Red Rocks Worship Videographer & Content Creator is a creative storyteller who captures and communicates the heart of Red Rocks Worship through video, photography, and digital content. This role requires a strong sense of brand stewardship, the ability to identify and elevate meaningful moments, and a passion for showcasing what God is doing through Red Rocks Worship.
The ideal candidate excels in video production while also supporting photography needs, simple graphic tasks, and content preparation for social media platforms. This individual brings a narrative-driven approach to visual storytelling, helping support upcoming albums, singles, worship projects, and ministry initiatives.
This is a full-time position, based at our Littleton, Colorado offices with frequent travel between local campuses. No opportunity for remote work.
RRW Administrative Assistant
Under minimal supervision, the Red Rocks Worship Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and project support to Red Rocks Worship and the Worship Division Director. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, streamlined communication, and excellent stewardship of time, resources, and team collaboration.

Creative Content Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Content Coordinator to join the team at Red Rocks Austin. This position will work within the Red Rocks Austin staff as well as alongside our creative team in Denver. The Content Coordinator role requires a self-starter who is innovative, hard-working, driven, and a team player. This role ranges from administrative to creative, requiring someone who can think big-picture and ideate, but can also execute in an organized manner. This role is ideal for someone who excels behind the scenes, managing social media, uploading content, formatting assets, and ensuring content flows smoothly across various platforms. You’ll help bridge the gap between creative vision and execution by ensuring content is distributed with excellence and on schedule.
This is a full-time position, based at our Austin, TX office. This is not a remote position.
Campus Operations Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Campus Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of our campus. This role requires someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring every detail is prepared with excellence for weekends, events, team gatherings, and daily ministry operations. The Campus Administrator will manage office functions, partner with staff to keep communication and workflow moving, and create systems that help our teams serve efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is both detail-minded and people-minded—someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and help create an environment where ministry can flourish.
This is a full-time position, based at our Austin, TX office. This is not a remote position.
