Recover Life together
Recover is a Christ-centered ministry designed to walk alongside people as they seek to recover God’s intended wholeness from anything disruptive in their life.
No matter what you're walking through, you don't have to face it alone. Recover offers a safe community where healing, hope, and lasting freedom begin through the power of Jesus.
What to Expect
Recover walks alongside people as they pursue healing, freedom, and the life God created them to live.

Large Group
Every week, our large group meetings open with a time of worship and are followed by either a small teaching, a testimony from a 12-step graduate, or a celebratory Chip Night.
No need to register, just show up and we’ll help you from there!
Recover is designed for adults 18 years and older.
Childcare is not provided.

Small Group
Immediately after our large group meetings (except on Chip Night), we break into gender and topic specific small groups to talk more about the message and how it applies to our lives.
You may join any one of the following small groups that apply most to you and can switch it up depending on your week.
Relational • Emotional • Sexual Integrity • Sobriety

Recover Groups
Men’s and women’s Recover Groups launch periodically throughout the year and run on a separate night of the week as our large group meetings. Recover groups are the most in-depth way to work through recovery. These groups follow the 12-steps of recovery as laid out by the Celebrate Recovery curriculum and typically take a year to complete. Talk to a volunteer to find out when the next Recover group will launch.
Find A Location
The best way to hear about upcoming groups and to register is to attend our weekly Recover meetings on Monday and Friday nights.

Frequently Asked Questions
Recover is for anyone struggling with a hurt, habit, or hang-up and wanting to experience healing and freedom through Jesus. You don’t have to have a specific addiction or recovery background to attend. Whether you’re struggling with a substance, behavior, relationship, or an area of life that is keeping you from experiencing the freedom God has for you, you are welcome at Recover.
No. You don’t have to have everything figured out, or even know where you stand in your faith, to attend Recover. We welcome anyone who wants to explore healing, recovery, and a relationship with Jesus.
The 12 Steps provide a proven pathway for working through healing, freedom, and lasting change. Each Step builds on the one before it and helps us take an honest look at ourselves, our relationships, and our relationship with God. At Recover, the 12 Steps are paired with biblical Scripture and the teachings of Jesus, including the Sermon on the Mount and the Beatitudes. You are welcome to begin attending Recover at any time. When you are ready to formally work through the Steps, you'll begin with Step 1 in a designated Step Study group.
The primary way to formally work through the 12 Steps at Recover is through a Step Study. Step Studies are closed, year-long groups where participants work through the Steps in greater depth with a consistent group and trained leaders.
Step Studies launch periodically throughout the year based on group availability and typically meet on a separate night from our weekly Recover meetings. As you work through the Steps, you'll complete a fearless and moral inventory and have the opportunity to connect with a sponsor who has worked through the Steps themselves.
A sponsor is a recovery mentor who helps you work through the 8 Principles and 12 Steps by offering support, feedback, encouragement, and wise counsel. A sponsor is ideally a believer in Jesus Christ who has maintained at least one year of continuous sobriety and has worked through the Steps.Sponsors should be the same gender as the person they are sponsoring. While many people in our Recover community develop organic mentoring relationships, we typically reserve formal sponsorship for those participating in a Recover Step Study.
Chip Night is an opportunity to celebrate milestones and victories in healing and freedom, as well as moments of surrender and repentance. It is an open-mic opportunity for people to share their hope, healing, and what God is doing in their lives. There is never an obligation to share publicly. However, we encourage everyone to participate by receiving a chip as a tangible reminder of what God is doing in their recovery journey. At Recover, sobriety means discontinuing an unhealthy habit or behavior. Sobriety is measured by the length of time a person has abstained from that habit or behavior.Because everyone's recovery journey is different, sobriety may look different from person to person. At its heart, recovery is about pursuing freedom, practicing honesty and accountability, and following God's direction for our lives.
Recover is an adult ministry for ages 18 and older, and we are unable to provide childcare. Due to safety, security, and logistical considerations, children and minors should not attend Recover meetings or Step Studies.
Recover is committed to being a welcoming place for everyone seeking healing and freedom. Because of the nature of recovery ministry, some individuals who participate may have restrictions regarding contact with minors, and our meetings may also include conversations and subject matter that are not appropriate for children.
If childcare is a barrier to participating, please contact us. We'd be happy to help you explore other recovery resources or ministries that may better accommodate you and your family.
