Morning, Afternoon, and Evening
In this part of the Rhythms section, you will find resources and practices to help you establish meaningful rhythms throughout your day. Your days are made up of ordinary moments. Intentionally capture these moments by cultivating attentiveness to God’s presence in your everyday lives.
- When you wake up in the morning, refrain from grabbing your phone, and instead surrender your day to God and ask him what needs to be resurrected in your spirit today. Some examples of this may be joy, compassion, a good attitude, courage, or something else.
- Set an alarm on your phone in the morning, afternoon, and night that reminds you to pray and make space for God.
- In the evening, take time to reflect on your day. Ask yourself how you saw the presence of God throughout your day
