Ministry Systems Administrator – $55k – $70k annual salary| $76k – $110k compensation with benefits

We are seeking an experienced Rock RMS Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for ongoing maintenance and operation of Rock RMS. Working with Red Rocks Church ministries to design, create and test workflows per ministry needs. Will ensure appropriate levels of access to the Rock for all levels of users and maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive member information. Training staff with new procedures and abilities and new features as they become available from the Rock Community.
This is a full-time position, based at our Littleton, Colorado offices with frequent travel between local campuses. No opportunity for remote work.
Video Producer – $50k – $60k annual salary | $71k – $100k compensation with benefits

We are seeking an experienced Video Producer to join our team at Red Rocks Church. The Video Producer Team Lead will be responsible to assign, manage, and oversee all team projects to ensure projects are completed on time, and that content/design/voice is appropriate. Will manage and lead team members through consistent communication and feedback. Will ensure team is working to support overall missions of Red Rocks Church.

Senior Content Producer – $60k – $65k annual salary | $82,015 – $105,300 compensation with benefits

The Senior Content Producer is a lead visual storyteller and creative engine responsible for producing high-impact, Tier 1 social media content for Red Rocks Church. This role focuses on capturing and crafting compelling visual stories that reflect the voice, brand, and vision of the accounts they support.
This individual brings strong creative instincts, technical excellence, and intentionality to content creation—translating sermons, worship moments, and church culture into engaging, platform-native content. The Senior Content Producer operates within established platform strategy while owning execution, capture, and creative excellence for assigned accounts.

Social Copywrighter and Community Manager – $50k – $55k annual salary | $70,850 – $94,175 compensation with benefits

The Social Copywriter & Community Manager owns the written voice and community engagement for Red Rocks Church’s Tier 1 social media platforms. This role is responsible for crafting compelling, platform-native copy while actively shepherding our online community with discernment, empathy, and clarity.
This person is both a brand steward and a community caretaker—translating sermons, series, and church culture into language that feels welcoming, accessible, and aligned with our mission to Make Heaven More Crowded.
This role executes copy and community engagement in alignment with platform strategy and the editorial calendar owned by the Social Media Divisional Director.

The Red Rocks Worship Content Producer is a visual storyteller responsible for capturing and communicating the heart, culture, and calling of Red Rocks Worship through video, photography, and digital content.
This role blends creative excellence with brand stewardship, identifying meaningful moments and elevating them into narrative-driven content that reflects what God is doing through Red Rocks Worship. This individual supports upcoming albums, singles, worship projects, and ministry initiatives by translating moments into compelling visual stories designed for digital platforms.

Graphic Designer- $50k – $54k annual salary | $70,850 – $87,400 compensation with benefits

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to join the Central Creative Team at Red Rocks Church. This position will work alongside a team of creatives specializing in design, video, social media, web, and digital to push creativity and innovation as a reflection of the Creator and utilize every opportunity to help Make Heaven More Crowded. With minimal supervision, working collaboratively with other creative team members, ministries, and departments, supporting ministries, campuses, and weekend experience to fulfill creative requests, ensuring desired outcomes and deadlines are met while supporting the integrity of the Red Rocks Church brand. This position will have an emphasis on the weekend experience while still supporting the general needs of the department and church.
This is a full-time position, based at our Littleton, Colorado offices. No opportunity for remote work.
