Serving makes church happen; from helping people find a parking spot to welcoming first-time guests, helping with sound check to teaching kids about Jesus. It’s the easiest way to get plugged into church and find community!

Dakota Alvarez
Campus Pastor
After living in several different states across the country during his childhood, Dakota has called Colorado “home” for over 15 years. While attending college at MSU Denver, a friend invited him to attend Young Adults at Red Rocks Church. He would tell you himself that this invite changed his life.
While attending church at the Lakewood campus he met some of his closest friends, and eventually his wife, Autumn. He quickly realized he was called to be a part of what God is doing in and through the community at Red Rocks Church. Since 2017 he has served in many different roles as an intern, resident, and Kids pastor. All that experience has led Dakota, Autumn, and their daughter Josie to join the Lakewood family as he serves as Campus Pastor!
