There are specific events in life that are not meant to be navigated alone. We believe in the power and effectiveness of community and the Holy Spirit’s divine interaction wherever two or more are gathered. With this in mind, our Groups and Care ministries have come together to offer support groups.

These groups are a blend of community and group life, with an emphasis on healing from an array of issues including sexual abuse, mental illness, divorce, and more. Let’s heal together, and find our hope pursuing Jesus Christ and His plans for our future. See below to learn more about each individual group currently being offered and to register. If the group you are looking for is closed, groups typically relaunch every Fall and Spring. Please email for immediate resources or support.

Advancing Warriors Tribe

Support for Combat Veterans and First Responders

“Tribe” is an 8-week faith-based group that explores how God’s word applies to challenges from the military and front line duty. Find God’s truth, community, and hope together with others who can relate to you as veterans and first responders, and have been through similar experiences. Tribe is led by active & retired military and first responders, and is open to all active or retired military members, law enforcement officers, and first responders.

Divorce can be an incredibly difficult experience that may leave you feeling alone, lost and hopeless. But that is not God’s plan for you. Your walk with the Lord can grow stronger, your future is redeemed and bright, and you have the ability to navigate these unknown issues with a confidence and peace that surpasses understanding. This group exists to impart hope, healing, and wisdom over the scars left behind from divorce.

Biblical Truth for Same-Sex-Attracted Christians

Fall 2022 — Registration Open 

The Ebenezer support groups aims to offer a safe space to share and explore God’s truth around same-sex attraction and homosexuality. Through relationship with God and intentional community with others, we will dive into the conflict between same-sex attraction and Christianity. Ebenezer is a 10-week group established for the exploration, discussion, and the sanctification process of Christians dealing with same-sex attraction.

Embrace Grace

Unplanned Pregnancy Support

Fall 2022 — Registration Open 

Embrace Grace is a 12-week guided support group for single and pregnant mothers. “When you join this support group, you will: meet weekly for 12 weeks, be encouraged by women who have walked in your shoes, make new friends and receive a baby shower in your honor. No matter your past or what you’re going through, whether you choose to parent or place for adoption, we want to walk with you.” This group aims to provide spiritual, emotional and physical support within a non-judgmental and loving community.

Family Grace Group

Support for Families Impacted by Mental Illness

Fall 2022 — Registration Open 

Family Grace groups are a discipleship structured support group for those with loved ones experiencing mental health challenges. Utilizing a whole-health (i.e., holistic) approach, this group integrates evidence-based sciences (neuroscience, psychology, biomedical, etc.) and Biblical scripture/faith experiences to restore lives, relationships, meaning, and purpose. In this group, you will learn practical skills and tools necessary to regain your life and rebuild your family. All of this is done in a Christ-centered environment with a clear focus on God’s grace for life transformation.

Have you recently lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend? You have probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have questions about things you have never faced before. GriefShare is a Christ-centered thirteen-week grief work program, focused on helping people understand their grief and move forward again. GriefShare groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Each of the thirteen weekly sessions combines video teaching with small group discussion. These video seminars address the emotional, spiritual and practical needs of those in grief. Within life, one may experience other types of loss, which create feelings of grief; the loss of a job, a divorce, estrangement from a child, or leaving friends behind because of a move are a few different examples. The grief caused from these experiences is real; however, it is not the kind of grief discussed in Griefshare.

GriefShare: Survivng The Holidays

Help and Hope As You Navigate the Holidays

One Day Seminar — Registration Open

Wondering how you will survive the weeks surrounding Thanksgiving and Christmas? Are you dreading these holidays, knowing that everything has changed and that happy memories from past years can’t be recreated?Griefshare’s Surviving the Holidays seminar is especially for people who are grieving a loved one’s death. You’ll learn how to deal with the many emotions you’ll face during the holidays, what to do about traditions and other coming changes, helpful tips for surviving social events and how to discover hope for your future. We hope you’ll join us for this very special event.

Infant Loss and Fertility Grief Support

Fall 2022 — Registration Open 

This 8 week book study is specifically designed for women grieving the loss of an infant or experiencing fertility/infertility issues. Whether recent or from years passed, walking through a pregnancy loss can be isolating, confusing, and filled with emotion – we want you to know you’re not alone. The goal of this group is to provide a space to process, connect with other women who are walking a similar journey, and encourage women to seek the Lord within every following day and decision.

Sexual Integrity 101 for Women

Spring 2022 — Registration Closed 

This 9 week course will give you a safe space to open up and begin the healing journey from sexual trauma, sexual addiction or betrayal. This course will show how shame and grace affect the healing process, give you understanding about addiction and betrayal trauma, and get you started on a path of emotional and sexual health. This course is for anyone who has struggled with personal or relationship intimacy in any form. In addition to meeting weekly there will be a video to watch on your own and workbook homework.
