What’s the schedule?

We’re heading to the mountains September 26–28 for a 3-day, 2-night getaway filled with powerful moments and unforgettable fun.

(Day 1)

  • Arrive at Crooked Creek around 4pm (bring your own dinner)
  • Get settled, meet your cabin crew
  • First message + worship at 7:30pm
  • Kick off the weekend with a dance party

(Day 2)

  • Breakfast & breakout sessions (mini messages + discussion)
  • Lunch break
  • Sports tournaments + free time
  • Dinner, then another powerful message + worship

(Day 3)

  • Breakfast, clean-up, and one last session before we head home

How do we get there?

Parking is limited at Crooked Creek, so carpooling is the move.
If you’re new or don’t have a ride, we’ve got you! We’ll send out a link to a carpool group (via Facebook) after registration so you can find some ride buddies.

What if I can’t afford it?

We never want cost to be the reason you miss out. If you need financial help, email us at ya@redrockschurch.com and we’ll connect you with scholarship opportunities as they become available.

What should I pack?

Here’s your go-to packing list (fall mountain edition):

  • Reusable water bottle

  • Bedding & towel (Crooked Creek doesn’t provide these!)

  • Pillow + sleeping bag or sheets/blanket

  • Comfy layers (think: hoodies, sweats, t-shirts—you’ll wear these the most)

  • Sneakers or boots

  • Swimsuit

  • Toiletries & any medications

  • Rain jacket or umbrella

  • Extra blanket (because cozy is key)

  • All your favorite snacks

  • Money for merch

What’s NOT allowed?

Alcohol or drugs (including marijuana—even if it’s legal)
Pets or service animals – sadly, they’re not allowed on site due to camp policies
Breaking these rules could result in fines and being sent home, and no one wants that!

Can I bring my pet?

We love your pets (well… maybe not cats ), but unfortunately, no animals are allowed on retreat grounds—including service animals. If you have specific needs, please email us at ya@redrockschurch.com and we’ll work with you on accommodations.

Can I pick my roommates?

Absolutely! During checkout, you’ll be able to list your preferred roommate(s) and we’ll do our best to group you together.
Coming solo? Don’t worry—we’ll match you with some incredible people and you’ll leave with new friends.

What if I have food allergies?

There’s a space on the registration form to let us know about legit food allergies (not preferences). We also recommend packing a few backup snacks or meals to make sure you’re covered. No one wants to be hangry at retreat!
